1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Royal Book Publishers website and services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, which form the entire agreement between you and Royal Book Publishers. Users must be of legal age to access the website and place orders.

2. Definitions

• Website: All online content and pages associated with Royal Book Publishers at royalbookpublishers.com.
• Customer / You: The individual or entity placing an order or enquiry.
• Company / We / Us: Royal Book Publishers (Company Registration No: 16846026), First Floor, 20 Swan Street, Manchester, England, M4 5JW.
• Services: All publishing, editing, design, marketing, ghostwriting, and related services offered by the Company.
• Order: A request for services confirmed by the Company and accepted by the Customer.

3. Our Services

Royal Book Publishers provides professional publishing support services including but not limited to ghostwriting, book editing, book cover design, interior formatting, publishing support, book marketing, and author website design. We operate on a self-publishing model, meaning authors retain full creative control and all rights to their work.

Please read our refund policy carefully before submitting an order or making any payment.

4. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our creative services, we do not accept returns on fulfilled orders. Where the delivered work does not meet the agreed requirements, we will offer revisions at no additional cost to address the specific issues identified.

5. Revisions

Revision requests must be submitted within 5 to 10 business days of the work being marked as awaiting customer approval. Revisions should be requested through your assigned project manager via email. Customers own all delivered content in editable format upon completion and final payment.

6. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

• Change of mind: No refund will be issued once work has commenced.
• Unsatisfactory delivery: We offer unlimited revisions where the work does not meet the agreed requirements. A partial refund may be considered where, following revisions, the customer remains genuinely dissatisfied.
• Late delivery: Where delays are demonstrably caused by the Company rather than the customer, a refund may be considered.

Refund Timeframes

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the first submission or order delivery date, provided no revision services have been used. Refunds take 5 to 15 business days to process and are subject to a processing fee of £250 or 5% of the total order amount, whichever is the higher figure.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for minor errors, delays attributable to the customer, or complaints relating solely to word count where the agreed scope has been fulfilled.

7. Modifications to Services and Prices

Royal Book Publishers reserves the right to modify its services and prices without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from such modifications.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights in the delivered work transfer to the customer. The Company retains the right to use non-confidential elements of the work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all manuscripts, project details, and customer information with complete confidentiality. We do not share customer information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the agreed services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Book Publishers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
